At the LTG Black Box Concessions, we strive to provide high-quality snacks and beverages for our patrons. To maintain efficiency and fairness, we adhere to a strict No Refunds Policy. Please review the terms of this policy below:
Purchases
- All concession sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for snacks, beverages, or other items purchased at LTG Black Box Concessions.
- If an incorrect item is provided due to staff error, we will gladly replace the item with the correct one, subject to availability. Replacement requests must be made at the time of purchase.
- In the rare event that a product is defective or does not meet quality standards, please notify a concessions staff member immediately. We will review the concern and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
- Refunds will not be issued for unused or unopened items. Once an item has been purchased, it cannot be returned.
- Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of LTG Black Box management, and supporting documentation may be required.
