Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales for Lincoln Theatre Guild productions are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase has been completed.
- Tickets may not be returned or exchanged for cash or credit.
- In the rare event that a performance is canceled by the Lincoln Theatre Guild, ticket holders will have the option to:
- Exchange their tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability.
- Receive a credit for a future Lincoln Theatre Guild production.
- Request a refund if no other options are suitable.
- Exchange their tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability.
- If a performance is rescheduled, original tickets will remain valid for the new date and time. Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled performances.
- Ticket exchanges may be permitted at the discretion of the Lincoln Theatre Guild. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled performance and are subject to availability. Exchange fees may apply.
- Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required, and approval is at the sole discretion of the Lincoln Theatre Guild Board.
